2020..!

2020… What a year (so far!). As we write those few words, yet more shows are being cancelled and our calendar looks very bare for the second half of the year. We fear that unless a Covid-19 vaccine is found soon, there will be few shows being organised next year, at least for the first few months of 2021. As we do organise shows too, we know how hard the current situation is for most, if not all clubs and associations planning something in the near future. A lot of clubs, associations and organisers, rely on a yearly show for their survival…; no shows mean no income, and in some cases, with leaflets, posters,.., and even venues to be paid for, major losses. Let’s hope for a brighter future.

With shows disappearing one by one from the calendar, our release schedule is being affected, some items being released earlier than originally thought, others later. Today we are pleased to announce the release of our latest ‘Chibi Tank’ conversion, the Early M3 Stuart, with the distinctive octogonal turret, a nice and easy change of ‘skin’ for the Meng World War toons M5 kit. Also new, albeit on pre-order status (at a discounted price) until the end of July, is the first of our Risqué by RetrokiT bust, Alpha, our hommage to Japanese artist Hijame Soyarama. Alpha will soon be joined by Bela, our female pinhead bust, due to be released in early September, and at least three more busts later in the year.

Other future releases, this summer, should include a few more World War Toons conversions, a new Bananaaa! and some 1/144 aircraft bits.

Better news still, our Free Postage Offer continues and still applies to any order valued (p&p included) over 60 euros (p&p refunded at the time of shipping).

So, stay safe, Folks, and keep scale modelling!
